whilst spending time with the community at Schumacher, i reflected on a need to allow some affirmations in my life about the fears i have overcome in the last few years.
Hair- yes , i can leave my hair open
music- yes, i can listen to music, i can sing with the music , whenever i want ,wherever i want
cinema- yes, i can watch movies,
sports - yes, i can play basketball,tennis, swim
make up - yes, i can play with make up
presents - yes, joy of giving is equal to joy of receving!
